Refund & Return Policy

At Kendify, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible item, you may request a return or replacement according to the conditions below.

Return Period

Return requests must be submitted within [7/14] days of receiving your order.

Items must generally be:

• Unused and in their original condition

• In the original packaging

• Complete with accessories, manuals, tags, and other included items

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos or video of the product and packaging

After reviewing the request, we may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return for hygiene, safety, or other reasons. These may include opened personal-care, beauty, health, wellness, or hygiene products, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customized, used, or damaged products caused by customer misuse may also be excluded.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the refund.

Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, Kendify may cover the applicable return shipping cost.

For returns due to a change of mind or other customer preference, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges

Where applicable, eligible products may be exchanged for another item. Exchange availability depends on stock.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
